Vegetarian Diet

Now, so hard to choose when ordering food because I change my diet to vegetarian because i am so afraid that my blood pressure will rise up again.                                                  

During morning time before working I ordered soya milk, rice and raw vegetables. during lunch time papaya salad with sticky rice and some fruits. And during dinner only fruits.

Now i noticed that my blood pressure lowered down to 126/89 mmhg.
