Changing Diet And Enough Sleep

When I found out that my blood pressure is high I started to recall my lifestyle. I stop enough my favorite food which is chicken. I change to vegetarian diet. And I sleep early. I also control my salt intake since I like eating salty junk foods

When I checked my blood pressure, my blood pressure returns to normal. I really thanks God for this. I will continue my vegetarian diet.
